ON MAY 17, 2023, THE 28TH KAZAKHSTAN INTERNATIONAL HEALTHCARE EXHIBITION - KIHE 2023 WILL BEGIN ITS WORK IN ALMATY.

EXHIBITORS IN 2023 ARE MORE THAN 300 COMPANIES FROM BELARUS, GREAT BRITAIN, HUNGARY, GERMANY, EGYPT, ITALY, JORDAN, KAZAKHSTAN, CHINA, LATVIA, PAKISTAN, RUSSIA, USA, FRANCE, THE CZECH REPUBLIC, UZBEKISTAN, SOUTH KOREA.

This year’s exposition will feature modern diagnostic and therapeutic technologies, consumables for clinics and laboratories, medical devices of various purposes, equipment for the production, packaging and labeling of pharmaceuticals, etc.

On May 17, from 12.30 to 13.30, in the seminar room (pavilion 11) Alifax LLC will organize a seminar “Automation and new technologies in bacteriology”.

On May 17, from 15.00 to 18.00, in the conference hall (Pavilion 10) Kazakhstan Association of Medical Laboratory Diagnostics Regional Public Organization will hold a round table on the topic “Current problems in the development of laboratory medicine in Kazakhstan”.

• Issues of raising the status of Kazakhstan’s laboratory service specialists with non-medical education. Discussing of the issues of the amendments made to the Order of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. ҚР ДСМ-305/2020 “On approval of the nomenclature of specialties and specializations in the field of healthcare, the nomenclature and qualification characteristics of positions of healthcare workers”.
• Issues of development of service contracts for medical equipment in Kazakhstan as a model of preventive maintenance.
• Discussion of the pricing of medical equipment in the Republic of Kazakhstan and amendments to the draft order No. ҚР ДСМ-247/2020 of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On May 19, from 10.00 to 16.00, the Republican conference “Antibiotic resistance - challenges in healthcare”, organized by the Federation of Laboratory Medicine NGO will be held in the conference hall.

Antibiotic resistance is one of the most serious threats to human health, food security and development today and can affect anyone, at any age and in any country. New resistance mechanisms are emerging and spreading everywhere, threatening the ability to treat common infectious diseases and, as a result, causing long periods of hospitalization, increased medical costs and deaths. Discussions and business meetings within the framework of the II Republican Conference will provide an opportunity to make a significant contribution to the development of methods and approaches to contain antibiotic resistance.
