The President of our country declared 2022 the Year of the Child in Kazakhstan, which will certainly affect the standards of medical care and the preservation of children's health in our country.
It should be noted that our healthcare system in the most difficult times has shown itself to be prepared, fully competent for the challenges and increased workloads.
I am sure that the KIHE exhibition platform will once again help all the representatives of the healthcare system and the pharmaceutical industry of Kazakhstan to declare their state of affairs, demonstrate their potential and innovations, and give new impetus for future development.
We are glad that such a large-scale industry event is held in Almaty, the largest metropolis of our country, and that it will become an information and communication platform in the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals, will allow participants to discuss issues of adjustments in the healthcare system, the availability of medical care, and protection of medical workers.

On behalf of SK - Pharmacy LLP, I welcome you to the 27th Kazakhstan International Healthcare Exhibition - KIHE 2022!
The Single Distributor System is established to provide medical products and medical devices
(MP and MD) to the population within the guaranteed volume of free medical care and in the system of compulsory social health insurance (GVFM and CSHI), as well as increasing the sustainability and competitiveness of the pharmaceutical industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the development of the pharmaceutical industry by consolidating public procurement of medicines.
The single distributor in its activities provides the effect of levelling prices for MP and MD regardless of administrative and territorial affiliation, it also systematically increases the coverage of patients with free medicines, including through the efficiency of procurement procedures (total savings for 10 years more than 160 billion tenge). Since the creation of the
Single Distribution System, the volume of drug purchases within the framework of GVFM and
CSHI has increased by more than 10 times in value terms.
At the same time, most of the MP and MD purchased by the Single Distributor - Kazakh production.
Today, the domestic pharmaceutical industry, thanks to effective measures of state support,
has a huge potential for profitable investments.
Thus, in order to implement the instructions of the Head of State of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, given on February 8, 2022 at an expanded meeting of the Government, it is planned to centralize the purchase of medical equipment on the basis of
SK-Pharmacy LLP in two stages: centralization of the purchase of medical equipment and localization of the production of medical equipment on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by concluding long-term contracts and contracts of the life cycle of medical equipment.
SK-Pharmacy LLP actively supports the implementation of the Healthcare project – KIHE 2022.
Events of this format allow specialists to get acquainted with the latest equipment and technologies, develop partnerships, provide an opportunity to implement joint projects, and also contribute to the disclosure of the potential of domestic exporters and the promotion of
Kazakh products to foreign markets.

On behalf of the Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers in the Republic of Kazakhstan, I would like to welcome the guests and participants of the 27th Kazakhstan International Healthcare Exhibition - KIHE 2022.
KIHE Exhibition is the largest dialogue platform in Central Asia, where domestic and foreign
manufacturers and suppliers demonstrate equipment, services and technologies for the medical and pharmaceutical industries.
Thanks to the dynamic development of the domestic pharmaceutical industry and cooperation
with the international pharmaceutical industry, new production facilities are being created and existing pharmaceutical facilities are being upgraded.
Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers in the Republic of Kazakhstan represents professional and business interests of international pharmaceutical companies - producers of medicines and medical equipment on the Kazakhstani market. The Association was founded in March 1999 and today has 56 world's largest pharmaceutical companies as members.
The past two years have been a difficult pandemic time and have become a test for the healthcare system and for each of us. The members of the Association provided humanitarian
assistance to the country's practical healthcare system in the amount of approximately 300 million tenge (KZT), and participated in training webinars and consultations.
I am pleased to note that this year's KIHE Exhibition is attended by over 200 companies from 13 countries. A visit to the exhibition and participation in the business program will allow Kazakhstani specialists to learn about the most advanced technologies and equipment in medicine and pharmaceutics.
The exhibition, held annually, is an excellent opportunity to learn about the latest achievements in healthcare, identify new medical and scientific perspectives, attract high-tech treatments, and exchange information on activities aimed at improving the health of the citizens of Kazakhstan.

27th Kazakhstan International Healthcare Exhibition - KIHE 2022!
For more than 25 years, the Kazakhstan International Healthcare Exhibition - KIHE has been the largest demonstration platform of achievements in the field of scientific and practical medicine and pharmaceuticals in Central Asia and makes a significant contribution to the development of domestic medicine, annually determining current trends, current problems of the industry and the vector of their further solution.
We are very glad that after a two-year break, the KIHE project has once again brought together doctors of various specialties, pharmacists, government and business representatives from different countries.
More than 200 companies are taking part in the event this year. 40% of the participants are
domestic manufacturers and suppliers, 35% are Russian companies that participate both with individual expositions and as part of collective stands of the Moscow Export Center, the Republic of Tatarstan, Samara, Novosibirsk and Sverdlovsk regions.
Belarusian enterprises traditionally participate individually and as part of the Belpharmprom Holding, and the stand of the Export Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan will present more than 11 enterprises. In addition, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic will familiarize specialists with the products and services of Czech manufacturers.
Companies from the Austria, Egypt, UK, Germany, China, Pakistan and Poland are also taking part in the exhibition.
Traditionally, we have organized a rich business program to familiarize medical staff with new technologies and equipment, as well as to improve their qualifications.
During the days of the exhibition, more than 30 conferences, round tables, seminars and master classes will be held in two halls in parallel. The program will be of interesting to the
heads of public and private medical institutions, doctors of different specialties, pharmacists, laboratory assistants, manufacturers and suppliers of medical equipment, the management of pharmaceutical enterprises.
We know that the KIHE 2022 project will contribute to strengthening international cooperation, the introduction of advanced technologies and the development of domestic healthcare.
