It is significant that visitors and exhibitors of KIHE exhibition, which has been held for the 26th time in a row, note a high level of organization and opportunity to drive up demand for products, find potential customers from various regions of Kazakhstan, by showing quality and performance of equipment. A wide range of exhibited equipment and materials is presented in different areas of medical care: optics and ophthalmology, orthopedics, pharmacology, laboratory technologies. KIHE Exhibition is the biggest dialogue platform in Central Asia, where local and foreign manufacturers and suppliers demonstrate their equipment, services, and technologies for medical and pharmaceutical industries.

Thanks to the dynamic development of the local pharmaceutical industry, new productions are being created, and current facilities of the pharmaceutical sector are being modernized in compliance with the international standards.

The Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers in the Republic of Kazakhstan presents on the Kazakhstani market professional and business interests of international pharmaceutical companies - manufacturers of medicines and medical equipment. The Association was established in March 1999, and to date, its members are more than 50 biggest pharmaceutical world companies.

This April the Forum of Medical and Pharmaceutical Associations has been created. The need in the organization of such union is essential because the healthcare of the country is actively modernized and the critical step of its development is a transfer of the part of functions of the authorized state body and its entrusted establishments into the operation of professional non-governmental organizations.

I am glad to notice that this year over 200 companies from 22 countries take part in KIHE Exhibition. Visiting the Exhibition and participation in the business program will allow Kazakhstan specialists to get acquainted with the most advanced technologies and equipment in the field of medicine and pharmaceutics.

This annual exhibition is an excellent opportunity to learn about the most recent achievements in the field of healthcare, define new medical and scientific horizons, attract high-tech methods of treatment, as well as share information about the events, designed for the improvement of the health of the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This year, over 200 participants from 22 world countries will present at KIHE Exhibition all range of modern equipment and medical products, last international and local achievements in the field of health care and pharmaceutics.

The Association of Legal Entities in the form of the Association for Support and Development of Pharmaceutical Activity of the Republic of Kazakhstan was established on June 5th, 1996 and unified over 100 pharmaceutical market operators engaged in the field of circulation of drugs, medical products, and equipment.

The Association of Legal Entities in the form of the Association for Support and Development of Pharmaceutical Activity of the Republic of Kazakhstan officially supports the idea of the Healthcare - KIHE Exhibition.

For the first time, within the frame of the exhibition, the Conference on the State and Prospects of Development of the Kazakhstan Pharmaceutical Industry will take place on May 16th, which will allow to discuss a range of issues in regard of harmonization of the legislation of RK with the acts, accepted within the frame of the Eurasian Economic Union, labeling and tracing of drugs, as well as priority aspects in the field of development of the Kazakhstani pharmaceutical industry.
